Morgan Schmaltz

Morgan Roper serves as a Client Service Associate at Munn Gray & Associates, where she plays a key role in supporting both clients and advisors through thoughtful service and strong organizational support. Morgan’s strong work ethic and drive allowed her to graduate with her bachelors in Business Administration in only 3 years from Angelo State University.

Morgan joined the firm in the spring of 2019, beginning her career as the firm’s receptionist. Through dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, she steadily took on additional responsibilities and expanded her role over time. Her growth within the firm reflects her commitment to excellence and her ability to manage complex tasks while maintaining a high level of client care, ultimately earning her promotion to Client Service Associate.

In her current role, Morgan is valued for her organizational skills, reliability, and approachable personality. She enjoys building relationships with clients and takes pride in being a dependable point of contact who helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Outside of the office, Morgan values time with her family and friends. After six years together, she married her husband, Colton, and in January of 2025 they welcomed their perfect daughter, Lorelai. Becoming a mother has been a life-changing experience, and Lorelai is truly the center of her world.
